Do you have any plans for the night of September 26th? For my this is a special day, as at 8 P.M. Cineplexx Baneasa (Epica Room) will host the premiere of “Dragoste pe muchie de cutit” movie, a co-production of Vent d’Est and DeMoga Music, along with the Papa Pictures producer.

Under the signature of Germain Kanda film director, the movie comes with an unique humour for its audiences. It mixes knowingly the comedy, the romance, the Romanian gastronomy and the spiced characters, performed by remarkable actors.

Two rival families, owners of their restaurants have been all their life in a permanent conflict. The recipe of „polenta bear” and the The Pickles of the Year Award were their main reasons of fight. Their fierce competition stands also in the way of the love story between the children of the two families: Marina and Ducu.

In his adult life, by accident, Ducu meets again Marina, the girl he loved since his childhood. He pretends to be a chef in order to spend more time with her in the restaurant. And here it comes the big cause of the conflict: an authentic, Transylvanian recipe of the polenta bear, kept for 1.000 years by generations and generations of Romanians.

If you choose to join to the premiere, you will have the chance to enjoy the unique landscapes from Deva and Hunedoara, as The Archia Mansion, The Woolves Castle, The Dendrologic Park of Simeria and the Old Town of Deva have been the host of the filming for 15 days this spring.

So, if you don’t have any plans but you want to enjoy a romantic-gastronomic comedy while finding out how the story ends, please join us on September 26th, at 8. P.M. Finding the secret of the legendary recipe is guarranteed!
